A selection of the papers and workshops presented at CIEB 2022 – Jaén will be published in two special issues of the NABE Journal of Research and Practice (TANDFONLINE) and the Journal of Language Teaching and Research (ACADEMYPUBLICATION).
Proposals will undergo double blind peer review for selection and publication in these prestigious journals in the field of Applied Linguistics and Bilingual Education.
- Members of the Bilingual Teaching Association will have a 20% discount on the registration fee.
- Members of collaborating entities will have a 10% discount on the registration fee.

Communication or Workshop.
For Professionals (graduates, graduates, diploma holders, etc…) who are currently studying, their status as a
studying, their status as a professional will take precedence in the registration process.
Undergraduate and Postgraduate students must attach a photocopy of the registration fees for the course.

Information about registration
Registration must be done online by completing and sending the registration form and paying the corresponding registration and participation fee.
If a communication or workshop is presented by several speakers, each one must pay the corresponding fee.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and payment. The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions included in the scientific programme until the rooms are full. Access to any session will require the corresponding identification.
- Coffee/Tea
- Buffet lunch (October 22nd)
Each participant can present a maximum of two different presentations (communication or workshop). A second presentation will include an additional fee.
Communications and workshops deadline until June 28th, 2022.
Registration consists of two phases:
– Registration form sending.
– Payment of the fees.
If the registration process is not made correctly (a banking report is sent when that happens), a new registration should be made to make it valid.
Revision of proposals and final acceptance by the Scientific Commitee will be announced from June 20th to 25th, 2022
Information about accepted communications will be available on June 29th 2022
Presentation models
Communications
Participants can present communications related with the conference topics. Parallel sessions will be organised so that each speaker will count with 20 m for the presentation followed by 10 m for debate.Workshops
Workshops will show good practices and experiences related with the conference topics. Presenters, no more tan 4, will count with 1 hour time and sessions should be practical above all. Proposals will take into account full participation of attendees.Proposals for papers and workshops should be submitted by June 15, 2022, attaching, at the time of registration for the Congress, a file with an abstract of between 300 and 400 words, the identification of the speakers and the theme of the Congress in which it would be included.

Conference proceedings under ISBN reference will be available through the Conference web.
Reimbursement
September 23rd 2022 is the deadline for registration cancelling and reimbursement will be made with a 50€ penalty. No registration cancellations will be admitted or reimbursements made after the deadline. However, if your proposal is not accepted and your registration is therefore cancelled, 100% of fees will be reimbursed.
Cancellation forms should be sent to info@cieb.es together with a copy of the registration fee payment.
