- Members of the Bilingual Education Association and the Scientific Committee will receive a 20% discount on the registration fee.

REGISTRATION
Registration information
Registration must be done online by completing and submitting the registration form and paying the corresponding registration and participation fee.
If a paper or workshop is presented by several participants, each participant must pay the corresponding fee.
You will receive an email confirming your registration and payment.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions included in the scientific program until full capacity of the rooms is reached. Access to any session will require the corresponding identification.
- Coffee/tea.
- Buffet lunch (October 25th).
- Each registered person may present a maximum of two papers (communications or workshops). The presentation of a second paper will imply an additional cost.
Submission of proposals for communication tables and workshops until May 31st, 2025.
- Registration consists of two consecutive phases:
- Sending the data of the registration form.
- Payment of the amount.
If the payment process is not completed correctly (the bank payment gateway communicates this), the whole process must be carried out again for the registration to be valid.
- Review of proposals and resolution of the Scientific Committee, June 1st to 12th, 2025
- Information on accepted communications, June 20th, 2025
- Deadline for submission of final documents for publication is October 11th, 2025. Must be sent to comite@cieb.es
Types of presentations
Communication tables:
- Attendees will be able to present papers related to the central themes of the Conference.
- The round tables will be organized in parallel sessions.
- Papers will have 25 minutes for presentation and possible discussion and debate.
Workshops:
- The workshops will consist of eminently practical experiences related to the main themes of the congress.
- They will have a duration of 50 minutes and will be presented by their authors, a maximum of 4, in the form of a practical workshop for dissemination and/or formalization of the experience.
- The proposals must be designed considering the active participation of the attendees during the presentation.
Proposals for papers and workshops can be sent until May 31st, 2025, attaching, at the time of registration, a file with an abstract of between 150 to 250 words, author name and affiliation, theme of the Conference in which it would be included.
Publications
1. Monograph published by Dykinson
All full papers submitted will be evaluated for possible inclusion in an open access collective publication edited by Dykinson, S.L.
The acceptance of chapters will be subject to a double-blind peer review process. Only those papers that successfully pass this evaluation will be published.
Papers that do not pass the peer review process will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book, edited by the Bilingual Education Association, which will have its corresponding ISBN.

Template and style rules
To ensure consistency and meet editorial standards, authors whose papers are accepted for the collective volume must use the official style template, which can be downloaded from the link.
Proceedings
The Conference Proceedings (with ISBN) will be available through the Conference website once they are officially published.
Refunds
The deadline to cancel any registration is September 26, 2025, and the refund will be made after applying a penalty of 50€. After this date, cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no refunds of any kind will be made. If the reason for the cancellation of the registration is due to the non-acceptance of the work proposal, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
