- General Access for Attendees: For professionals (graduates, licensees, diploma holders, etc.) who are currently studying, their professional status will take precedence for registration.
- Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students: Must attach proof of current enrollment.
Registration Information
Registration must be completed online by filling out and submitting the registration form and paying the corresponding registration and participation fee. If a presentation or workshop is delivered by multiple presenters, each must pay their respective fee. You will receive an email confirming your registration and payment.
The registration fee includes:
- Structure
Admission to all sessions included in the scientific program, subject to room capacity. Access to any session will require proper identification.
- Coffee breaks
- Buffet lunch (October 24th)
Submission of proposals for presentation panels and workshops until May 31st, 2026.
Registration consists of two consecutive phases:
- PHASE 1
- Submission of a presentation and/or workshop proposal, attaching a file with an abstract of 150 to 250 words, identification of the speakers, the Conference theme, and any other requested information.
- Payment of the registration fee.
- PHASE 2
- Review of proposals and resolution by the Scientific Committee, from June 1st to 12th, 2026.
- Information on accepted presentations, June 19th, 2026.
- Submission of final documents for publication, until October 15th 2026.
Presentation Types
- Presentation Panels:
- Attendees may present papers related to the central themes of the Conference.
- Presentation panels will be organized into parallel sessions.
- Presentations: 25 minutes for the presentation, followed by a discussion and debate.
- Workshops:
- Attendees may present workshops related to the central themes of the Conference.
- Workshops: 45 minutes.
Certification
The Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Government of Aragon will certify attendance at the Conference as a training activity for both attendees and speakers.
PUBLICATION OF CONTRIBUTIONS
The Conference provides two publication channels for contributions derived from the communications presented:
- Monograph with a prestigious publisher
- All full articles submitted will be evaluated for possible inclusion in a collective publication in open access.
- Selection will be subject to a double-blind peer review process.
- Only those articles that successfully pass this evaluation will be published in the monograph.
- Selected authors will subsequently receive the publisher's specific style guidelines to adapt their article prior to final publication.
- Conference Proceedings Book
- Articles not selected for the monograph will be published as papers in the Conference Proceedings Book, edited by the association with its corresponding ISBN.
- The deadline for submitting contributions is 15 October 2026.

- To ensure consistency and homogeneity throughout the editorial process, all authors must use the official congress template when submitting their contributions,regardless of the publication channel in which they are ultimately included. The template is available for download at the link provided for this purpose.
Proceedings
The Conference Proceedings Book with ISBN will be published at www.ebspain.es
